terrible soundproofing unclean room
the location near stratford station was acceptable for getting around.
The soundproofing was terrible. corridor doors slammed all night. Sleep was difficult. i also found the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival.

modern facilities equipped kitchen easy access helpful staff
the rooms feature modern facilities, including a well equipped kitchen. the hotel's location is very good, providing easy access to transport. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the breakfast area got crowded during peak hours, so i had to wait a little bit for a table.

the hotel is conveniently close to the tube and the elizabeth line. westfield shopping center is within a short walk, providing many shopping and dining options. i found several nice places to eat near the river lee.

the hotel includes a useful water dispenser in the lobby near the elevators. i liked the availability of underground parking, a definite bonus. the rooms had quiet and well maintained facilities, and the modern decor was very cheerful.

spacious room full-length mirror ample socket
The room was spacious and very clean. I found ample power sockets throughout, a detail some hotels often overlook. I appreciated having a vanity area with a full-length mirror and sockets. The design felt well thought out.

no room cleaning no towel
the location was acceptable, close to shopping and transport.
The room was not properly cleaned. we stayed for six days, and there was no room cleaning. there was no towel change, or bedsheets change either. Absolutely nothing was done while we were there for that time.

makeup stains dirty toilet
the location was ideal as a base for getting into the city centre.
i was disappointed with the level of cleanliness. i found makeup stains in the bed. there were also stains on the toilet and around the bathroom sink. i am wary of how much attention goes into cleaning now.

The room had a good size, and the bed was big. I found a fully equipped kitchenette with everything needed for a stay. The proximity to Westfield Stratford was convenient, just a short walk.
The lift to the car park was BROKEN. I asked for a refund, but it was denied because parking isn't guaranteed. The nearest car park was a 10-minute walk away, difficult with luggage.
